Karl Lagerfield is best known for his white hair and the dark sunglasses he is always seen wearing...but he has surpassed himself in excellence last week at the Chanel cruise show where his new 30 minute film was shown for the first time. Combining Freja Beha Erichsen, Amanda Harlech and many more talented stars, the film is a creative and innovative way to show the new cruise line. The film has been described as being about the ill advised use of money which begins in violence but ends in feeling.
McMenamy plays an aggressive woman with money troubles, Giabiconi plays her perverted godson and Erichson plays a topless fairy. In other words, it has all the ingredients to make a remarkable film. According to Lagerfeld this movie shows the kind of world that the collection is made for.
